Payment Policy

Please note: The tariff quoted is without the tax component, which is 15% of the basic tariff.

Reservation is taken with 50% of the total tariff subject to a minimum of one day's rent in advance payable by any of the method explained below. If you are planning to pay thru Credit Card, 7.25% of the amount to be added as service charges.

Conditions for advance reservations:
1. Draw a DD favouring BONJOUR HOLIDAYS. payable at Cochin and send to Bonjour Holidays, Ground Floor, Island Castle, Opp. YMCA, Chittoor Road, Cochin, Kerala - 682 035, India.

OR

2. Remit the amount in any branch of AXIS BANK (earlier Known as UTI Bank) in the account no. 08 1010 2000 16746 of BONJOUR HOLIDAYS, Cochin.

OR

3. Remit the amount in any branch of ICICI BANK in the account no. 001 005 008 707 of BONJOUR HOLIDAYS, Cochin.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
01-15 days prior to stay - No refund. (On the remitted advance)
16-30 days prior to stay - 50% refund (On the remitted advance)
31 days prior to stay - 80% refund (On the remitted advance)
